職位描述
Responsibility: 1. Appraisal for Brembo supplier's production and performance to satisfied our customers'requirements 確保評估供應商的產(chǎn)品和業(yè)績,并從預防和生產(chǎn)過程的角度支持供應商,從而滿足布雷博客戶服務等級要求
2. Ensure monitoring deviation to our KPI 相對于制定的指標,確保監(jiān)控偏差情況,尋找產(chǎn)生偏差的可能原因,開展持續(xù)改進并通知相關負責人
3. Sample appraisal and get approvement for production 對供應商提交的初期樣件進行評價并授予生產(chǎn)批準
4. Supplier ANC releasing ,and indicate defect確保ANC(不合格品通知單)正確發(fā)放給供應商并指出相應缺陷
5. Consistently monitor our supplier,and give them appraisal for their service 持續(xù)監(jiān)控供應商狀況,最終對供應服務業(yè)績進行評價
6. Ensure the routine process audit to match our criterion according to Brembo and the customers' requirement 根據(jù)布雷博需求和布雷博客戶需求, 確保定期對供應商進行過程審核,以達到與質(zhì)量標準相符合
7. Implement and monitor planned rectification to coordinate the consistly imporvement 通過編制,實施和監(jiān)控整改計劃的方式,協(xié)同供應商進行持續(xù)改進
Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years in quality area ， multinational company will be preferred 5年以上質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗
2.Fluent English,英文聽說讀寫流利
3.TS16949 certificate is needed TS16949 內(nèi)審員資格證書
4.A good team player and excellent communication skills 良好的團隊精神與溝通能力
5.Familiar with basic office software 熟練使用基本辦公軟件
