主要職責(zé)
1、  收集并記錄軟件/硬件需求；
Collect  and  record  SW/HW  requirement.
2、分析硬件/軟件需求并在團隊中進行討論；
Analyze  HW/SW  requirements  and  discuss  them  in  the  team.
3、  定義硬件/軟件的技術(shù)要求；
Defining  technical  requirements  for  HW/SW.
4、組織和促進對硬件/軟件需求的審查；
Organize  and  facilitate  the  review  of  HW/SW  requirements.
5、通過創(chuàng)建硬件/軟件概念和定義硬件/軟件功能/特性，為采購階段提供支持；
Support  the  acquisition  phase  by  creating  HW/SW  concepts  and  definition  of  HW/SW  functions/characteristics.
6、確保系統(tǒng)要求與硬件/軟件要求之間的可追溯性；
Ensure  traceability  between  system  requirements  and  HW/SW  requirements.
7、維護硬件/軟件需求數(shù)據(jù)庫；
Maintain  HW/SW  requirements  database.
8、負責(zé)領(lǐng)域的可追溯性；
Traceability  in  the  responsible  domain.
9、支持系統(tǒng)集成，協(xié)調(diào)并管理合作伙伴和供應(yīng)商；
Support  system  integration  ,coordinate  and  manage  partners  and  suppliers.
10、與客戶進行技術(shù)交流，并與歐盟團隊進行交流；
Interface  with  customer  for  technical  communication,  and  interface  wit  EU  team.
11、支持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通會議和文件;
Support  leadership  communication  meetings  and  documents.
12、參與  VAVE  活動并解決問題。

任職要求：
1、電氣或電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor  of  Science  in  Electrical  &Electronics  Engineering,  or  related  field.
2、至少  3  年（5  年優(yōu)先）工業(yè)系統(tǒng)工程經(jīng)驗；
Minimum  3  years(5  years  preferred)system  engineering  experience  in  industry.
3、對軟件、軟件開發(fā)和電子硬件有深入的了解；
In-depth  knowledge  of  software,  software  development  and  electronic  hardware.
4、邏輯思維清晰，注重細節(jié)；
logical  mindset  and  detail  focused.
5、可作為團隊合作的溝通協(xié)調(diào)者；
Team  members  and  communicators.
6、良好的表達能力和英語口語能力。
good  presentation  skills  and  oral  English.
7、熟悉  MS  Office（Word、Excel、Power-Point）
